Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, to assess whether an InboxGenius engagement is a fit, and to hold the context of the conversation if a retainer follows. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Client data during an engagement
Deliverability work involves access to sending data, logs and infrastructure detail. That access is governed by the engagement agreement, limited to what the work requires, and handled confidentially.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry details only as long as they are useful to the conversation or required for our records. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by contacting us.
